In 2007, we produced over 10,000 pages of digital media including all regional editions of Pinnacle, our exclusive member magazines and custom digital magazines that we create for our clients. These interactive digital products are broadcast to demographically superior email addresses obtained from companies known for their integrity and cutting-edge marketing initiatives. The addresses are verified using double opt-in processes and are cross-referenced against data maintained by the largest worldwide database information companies. Each email is delivered using an email broadcast page to stimulate reader interest and the broadcasts are targeted to multiple national and international destinations. Our planned email broadcast circulation in 2008 is projected to average 200,000 copies per regional edition. Customized broadcast pages and targeted distribution options are available to all exclusive members.
PRINT DISTRIBUTION
Our mailing lists are derived from client-provided contacts, deed information and U.S. Postal Service and U.S. Department of Commerce data. Based upon selective demographic criteria, such as home values and household income, our methodology of direct mailing ensures that Pinnacle reaches only the most affluent residents.
- Lists are vetted by ZIP codes and postal carrier route maps.
- Contracted mailing services prepare lists for processing.
- Lists are merged and duplicates purged.
- Lists are processed by Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS)-certified software. CASS ensures the accuracy of postal carrier route, five-digit ZIP, ZIP+4 and delivery point codes that appear on the addressed magazines.
